We are dedicated to helping ex-offenders to help themselves. Our employment seminars are designed to educate the ex-offender in the latest and best techniques in marketing themselves to the employer. It is s our philosophy that if an ex-offender is knowledgeable enough in employment seeking skills they can overcome most of the barriers that are in the way of gaining employment.

The first step to in gaining employment is to register for one of our upcoming Ex-offender Employment Basic Seminars. You can start right here on the front page. Once you have registered for one of our seminars or services we will contact you to verify your place in class. You can use your e-mail and password to sign up for other services anytime after graduating from the Ex-offender Employment Basic Seminar. Go to our calendar page to find an employment program for you.

All new TEaMS clients must register for a basic seminar to begin the employment process. After you have completed the basic seminar you will be able to register for Mentoring Services days and for other services. Check calendars for location of seminars, fees and other requirements.

• Mentoring Days are available to graduates of the basic program. On Mentoring days you will be referred to employers who we have established relationships with that hire ex-offenders. We will help you to make contact with employers by directly advocating for you with them. Most of our clients are employed.
• Resume Workshops are offered to graduates of the basic program. We will assist you in creating a resume, cover letter and reference sheet that will help you to market yourself more effectively.
